Great place with free parking around the corner, in a lot. Visits are always quick so the SECOND metered parking option is also sufficient. We love this place. Great professional eye doctor. And super friendly with kids.

I have been a customer of Dr. Toufexis and Dr. Galeoto for over 10 years now and have never had an issue getting my eyes examined with them at all. I have been going to their new office in White Plains for the past 6 years, in which I commute a decent distance but well worth the travel. There is plenty of free parking just look for the correct sign.
I have always been greeted immediately as soon as I walk in regardless of how busy it is with other patients. I have never had an issue with my scheduled appointments or pressured into something I didn't want or need. Both the technicians and Dr's explain everything clearly and do not rush you. I don't wear contacts... props to those that do but I have never had a problem needing my lens or frames sent back for adjustments, perfect the first time every time.
I have always walked away with excellent service and a smile on my face.

I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to share the experience I had with Toufexis Family Eye Care. First let me start by saying Toufexis Family Eye Care is not my primary eye doctor, or at least they weren't... I wanted something a bit out of the ordinary, I wanted to make prescription glasses from my "reader" eye glass frames. My readers come from a company that make well-made, pricey but sturdy frames, not the type one would find in the drug store or supermarket. My eye doctor did not want to take a chance making glasses using frames that did not come from their office. I shared my story with a friend who told me about her eye doctor, Toufexis Family Eye Care, so I thought I would give them a try. I explained the whole ordeal to Dr. Toufexis, she listened patiently, and did not say "no". She explained all the pit-falls of what could happen and let me decide what to do. I decided to go forward and I'm glad I did. Dr. Toufexis addressed all my needs. I wanted a high index lens with a progressive no line reader prescription and wanted Transitions lens that turn dark gray in the sunlight. TFEC delivered! When my glasses were ready Dr. Galeoto fitted my frames perfectly. I actually LOVE my new glasses, I haven't been able to say that in 52 years! Thank you Toufexis Family Eye Care.

Took the family to get our annual eye check. The staff was very friendly and pleasant to us. We were not rushed and everyone was very attentive to us especially my 9 y/o (Aspergers) son. They don't advertise specializing in pediatric optometry, but they were excellent. Everything from the friendly technician who does the preliminary exams, to Dr. Niki Toufexis who was professional, caring, and patient, to the staff that helped fit the three of us for new glasses, it was a excellent experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an optometrist in the Westchester/Fairfield area.

The rest of the staff were equally helpful and friendly. The selection of frames at Toufexis is not the biggest you'll find, but they had a sufficient range of styles to choose from. Additionally, they accepted my insurance, which is how I found Toufexis in the first place. Overall, excellent eye care, terrific staff, and a great local business to support.
